Neo-Hitlerism or Neo-Nazism is an astroturfed glazing of Hitler because he is taboo and seen as "rebellious" against the big banks. Essentially the ultimate controlled opposition set up by the deep state.
Myth: Hitler was anti-capitalist
This myth comes from the book The Vampire Economy (1939) by Günther Reimann.
Caller: The Germans "waged a crusade against global capitalism"
Haz: "This is the vampire economy myth. This is not true. This is something that was debunked... The Reichsmarks and the entire German military-industrial complex was based in debt, and the only way the debt could be paid off was from the resources plundered from Eastern Europe."[1]
The "anti-capitalist Nazi" reading cherry-picks business complaints while ignoring what happened: privatized state holdings ("reprivatization" was coined for Nazi Germany), guaranteed profits, crushed labor, rearmament financed by Mefo-bill debt serviced through planned plunder.
Myth: Hitler was anti-imperialist
Haz distinguishes real anti-imperialists like Gaddafi from whitewashed Hitler:[2]
You could think that Hitler would have been like Gaddafi ... Because I see these clips going around where people are like, oh, look at the speech about Hitler mocking the British for their colonialism in Africa and Palestine and their hypocrisy. It leads them to think that if Hitler was alive today, he would be this like anti-imperialist, you know, principled, whatever.
The full context, of course, from that speech about Hitler on Palestine that people miss is that they were laughing in the audience, not hollering and praising. They were laughing.
The reason they were laughing is because they considered the idea that Europe should withdraw from Africa and Palestine and the Middle East so preposterous and so absurd that it was comical. Because when the British and Americans were telling them, hey, you know, don't invade these European countries - Like, well, should you just leave Africa then? And what about what you did in Palestine? And it's like, the people in the audience found the comparison so comical. They started laughing. Because it was inconceivable to them that Arabs or blacks or something or Africans deserved the right to national self-determination. It was absurd to them.
So [Hitler] was like, hey, we're just doing what you're doing in Europe. No problem, right? But you see how that takes a lot of explaining.
