Vladimir Mayakovsky (1893-1930) was a Russian poet, playwright, artist, and actor. Mayakovsky worked as a propagandist for the Bolshevik Party and regularly showed ideological support for the ideology of the Bolsheviks throughout his work[1]. He was a prominent member of the Russian Futurist
movement[2].
