"Project Cyclone" is the working name in Infrared discourse for the strategic doctrine of capturing the direction of an existing mass movement rather than building from scratch — named through the Cyclone/Cycloneopedia metaphor complex that runs through Haz Al-Din's 2025-26 streams.
