Haz Al-Din
Haz Al-Din (Ali Hammoud) is a Marxist-Leninist theoretician, Executive Chairman of the American Communist Party, and leader of the Infrared media collective. He is the principal theorist of MAGA Communism.
Thought
Al-Din's theoretical work draws heavily on Hegel and Marx, arguing for:
- The compatibility and deep affinity of communism with religious consciousness (see Communism is Islam, Tawhid, Jesus Christ).
- Patriotism as the necessary form of socialist politics in nation-states — against both liberal cosmopolitanism and right-wing identitarianism.
- An "anti-woke" but anti-liberal line: both wokeness and the Anglo-conservative reaction are treated as forms of liberalism (see Anglo Box, Infrawoke, Left-Conservatism).
