Qing Dynasty
The Qing — via Haz's Civil War aside on international alignments.

The deeper usage — the Qing as proof that Western categories misclassify non-Western planned orders (granary systems, ever-normal storehouses, state-managed strategic economy) — belongs with his Ottoman Empire discussions: pre-capitalist order destroyed by colonial penetration, whose recovery is part of the anti-imperialist project (We already live in socialism).
