Patriotic Socialist Front
The Patriotic Socialist Front (PSF) was an early patriotic-socialist organizing vehicle in the Infrared orbit — and, per Haz Al-Din himself, a label the movement never fully claimed.
Haz's own account
From the CHINESE BALLOON FUNERAL stream, asked about joining forces with "Sultanas and his patriotic socialist front":
> "I don't know what that is. But I will say that the Patriotic Socialist label was not something we liked. We didn't like it because it was just too much like Democratic socialism... we probably have a different goal, which is ultimately about the actual CPUSA — even the organization party I plan on building and launching."
The entryism problem
In later controversy over a former member with Nazi past (Heated political debate), Haz drew the lesson explicitly: genuine Nazis "rarely ever fronted this way... they always concealed their real views. And they said, oh, I'm just a kind of syndicalist or whatever. Deep down they're just full Hitler." The PSF-era experience — opportunists and entryists using patriotic-socialist branding — is cited as why the ACP maintains "a zero tolerance policy when it comes to any kind of active collaboration or connection with any kind of fascist, neo-Nazi, far-right."
The naming history
"Patsoc" (patriotic socialist) was the movement's early external label; Infrared moved through "Mecha-Tankies" to MAGA Communism precisely to escape both the Democratic-socialist-sounding label and the entryist milieu that gathered under it (MAGA Communism, American Communist Party).
