The argument
- The Green New Deal is finance's parody of development: paper instruments instead of concrete and purpose.
- Continental infrastructure is what American civilization did when it believed in itself — and what would reconstitute a youth with a future instead of suicide, drugs, and mass shootings.
- "Vampire financiers in the Bank of England" locates the enemy concretely (Capitalist Socialism, North American Water and Power Alliance).
