The significance
The laptop was Infrared's early master-class in disinformation-manufacture by consensus: 51 intelligence officials, platform censorship, media lockstep — all later admitted false. It established the template Haz applies to every subsequent atrocity narrative (Syria, Ukraine): the label "disinformation" is itself the disinformation (OPCW, Anglo Box).
