Teddy Roosevelt — shows up in Haz's debate sparring over third-party viability.

Democrat: "Third parties — they haven't won anything." Haz: "Do you know who chaired the Progressive Party?... It was Theodore Roosevelt. And in the election of 1912 he gained 27% of the vote — that's more than progressives have ever come to."

> "Wait, are you becoming a Marxist? Biden is now— are you supporting a Democrat?" > "Who said anything about supporting anything? I'll see you at the voting booth, bro."

TR's Bull Moose run is the standing rebuttal to "third parties never win": 27% with real class content. And the debate method on display — flip the opponent's own authorities, concede nothing, keep the frame (Andrew Jackson, New Deal).
