Announcing InfraWiki 2.0

InfraWiki is entering a New Era.

We're creating this new site so we can have more control of how the content looks, given the disgusting constraints of MediaWiki software atop which our old wiki is built. We're keeping the old wiki up and running (we have some bugs to fix currently) but we're going to be mirroring some of the important content on this new site.
