Discord is a chat platform which is used for many internet communities such as Infrared, RTSG, etc.
Discord's Terms of Service are highly censorious, which leads to strict moderation to prevent servers from being shut down by Discord. There is talk of Discord releasing a self-hosted version which would allow webmasters to make their own decisions about what sort of content and language is allowed on a server.
